The holidays offer a feast for the senses. We are in love with the aromas and flavors this time of year brings—cinnamon, peppermint, sugar, champagne, pomegranate, ginger…the list goes on and on. Whether you are looking for a signature cocktail for your holiday party or something special to sip while you relax by a fire, we have some spectacular, flavorful options for you.

Cinnamon Rosemary Old Fashioned 
An orange peel, 1 rosemary sprig for garnish, 4 tsp. cinnamon rosemary simple syrup, ½ cup honey, 3 cinnamon sticks, 3 dashes Angostura bitters, 2 oz. Bourbon, ½ cup water.

Champagne Cocktails with Spun Sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup (light), 1 1/4 cup white sugar (granulated), a bottle of champagne, 1/4 cup water

Pomegranate Ginger Paloma
1-inch Ginger (fresh), juice of 1/2 Lime, 8 Mint leaves, 1/2 cup Pomegranate juice, 2 tbsp Ginger syrup, 1/2 cup Honey, 1 Ginger beer or sparkling water, 1/3 cup Grapefruit juice, 1 Ice, 2 oz Tequila

The Rhubarb 75
1.5 oz gin, .75 oz fresh squeezed/strained lemon juice, .5 oz rhubarb syrup, chilled Champagne or Cava to top

Blood Orange Champagne Mule 
½ blood orange (juice of), ½ lime (juice of), 8 mint leaves, 2 oz Ginger beer, 1 Champagne, 1 oz vodka
